Summit’s Head Space
Welcome to my head space – where I will let my intrusive thoughts win or lose and let the wind tells where to drift.
I will share a big space of my life in these writings. You will get to know me beyond the voice of Summit. At least once a month, I will let you in my head and I hope you will last an hour.
Sharing one of my first loves as a kid is a perfect way to welcome you to my head space.

Reminiscing September
Back in September last year, PEAK Entertainment is just a concept. It was just few friends talking about a possibility. And fast forward to few months, the concept became a reality.
But, reaching where we are is not easy. Especially the past few months, we have faced several adversities. We were close to quitting.
However, we are still pushing as long as people believe in the concept of the PEAK. People come and go. But, we are still committed to helping people #ReachYourPEAK.
WE WERE CLOSE TO QUITTING

We just refocused to what’s more important – those who stayed and are working hard to reach their own PEAKs.
Looking Back at the PEAK
It’s almost the first year anniversary. There are several things that I want to look back at. People were excited about a fresh start. Hosts and supporters wore their tags proud. Every stream and everyone with the mountain emoji felt so over the top.
It was really phenomenal. I wouldn’t discount everyone around us and they gave us run for the money. It wasn’t a competition but some would want some drama. It felt such comfort knowing it’s now somebody’s cross to carry.
It was really legendary. We met some of the most awesome people you can ever meet. The bond that people formed throughout the virtual connections transcends to real life friendships. We witnessed drunken nights and the wholesome coffee dates and the IDYIT BNB “dates”. We had some of the best days. But, moving forward really made me see that it should not always the best days that matter.
The first few days after the exodus were the hardest but admittedly the most character-building a person can ever have. You will always remember the people who stood by you despite and in spite of everything.
Being Thankful for every …
Forget about the previous chunk of words I said before. You can relate to some but not everyone will have the same experiences as we did. But, what remains is after every adversity these are the things you should always look upon.
People behind your back
Some cheer for you to overcome the challenges. Some wish to stay down and never get back up.
It’s the best weeding out process but it’s most painful one. You’ll definitely know the kind of sound they make – a cheer or a noise to distract you from bouncing back.
Unmasking people’s true colors is the cherry on top.
People who lent a hand
Some will help you even you don’t ask for it. They will go the extra mile to drop everything and help you no matter what. They have proven to be the reliable friend. You won’t question their motives.
People who sat with you in the mud
Some friends will make everything light. They mock you for the mistakes you made but you will not feel offended. They will just support you no matter what eff-ed up your choices are.
They are the ones I want to be surrounded with. I know I will make pretty bad decisions in the future. For sure, I will need someone who’ll help me but I want someone to enjoy the fiasco I made.
No matter where you are right now – whether someone who’s in deep shit or someone who sees a friend drowning, you have the choice to be cheer or make a noise. You can help or enjoy the mud with them.
I just hope whatever your choices are you choose what you want to be remembered.
